Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Long Island Pepper Company Signature Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1 — Prep the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.

Step 2 — Bake Until Crispy

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Arrange wings on a wire rack over a baking tray and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Step 3 — Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the Long Island Pepper Company hot sauce and honey. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4 — Toss & Serve

Transfer crispy wings into a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss until fully coated.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Pro Tips

  • For extra crispy wings, refrigerate uncovered for 2 hours before baking.
  • Add more honey if you prefer a sweeter buffalo sauce.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 18–20 minutes for an even crispier texture.
