Pineapple Mango Habanero – Spicy Margarita (5 fl oz)

Featured Cocktail Recipe – Spicy Margarita
Ingredients:

2 oz tequila (blanco or reposado)

1 oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz triple sec (or Cointreau)

¾ oz LIPC Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce

Tajín or chili-lime salt (for rim)

Lime wedge or grilled pineapple slice (garnish)
Instructions:

Rim the glass: Rub the rim with a lime wedge and dip into Tajín or chili-lime salt. Add ice and set aside.

Shake it up: In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and ¾ oz of LIPC Pineapple Mango Habanero Sauce.

Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until well mixed.

Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge or a piece of grilled pineapple (optional).
