Featured Cocktail Recipe – Inferno Margarita

(Non-alcoholic mixer – add your own spirits or keep it zero-proof)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz reposado tequila (or NA tequila alternative)

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz triple sec or Cointreau (or NA orange liqueur syrup)

  • ¾ oz LIPC Mango Ghost Pepper Mixer

  • Chili powder & sugar mix (for rim)

  • Garnish: mango slice or jalapeño wheel

Instructions:

  1. Rim your glass: Mix chili powder and sugar. Rub the rim with lime, dip into the mix, then add ice and set aside.

  2. Shake it up: In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and ¾ oz of Mango Ghost Pepper Mixer.

  3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until fully chilled.

  4. Strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish: mango slice or a jalapeño wheel if you’re feeling bold.


Also Perfect For: mezcal margaritas, tequila sodas with heat, spicy daiquiris, or zero-proof mango mocktails with soda and lime.

Food Pairings: grilled fish tacos, carne asada, mango salsa over chicken.

Ingredients (real & simple): mango, distilled white vinegar, blue agave syrup, onion, ghost chili pepper.
